Miniature American Shepherds are a very healthy breed but do have a few health issues that can be screened for.  Providing you the best chances of a healthy puppy is important to me and that is why I health test each dog I breed.  Be wary of the breeder who does not do these health tests. See below for descriptions of each health issue.
